Hi, We're Gemma and Nick!

We are the owners here at Jamdots Baking Co. and we can’t wait to welcome you into our world. 

Our biggest goal at Jamdots Baking Co. is to provide food and desserts for you to celebrate with (birthdays, weddings, or just because it’s Wednesday!), whilst also being able and open to meet your dietary needs. Our favorite part of baking for others is bringing together their favorite flavors to make great memories or revive other nostalgic times.

We’ve been creating gorgeous baked goods and delicacies for several years now at local markets, and have now finally opened our very own store here in Saranac Lake. Check out our menu of tasty treats, all available freshly made every Wednesday – Saturday.

This place has the best nutty blondie. I love my blondies a little nutty. This baking company is a must stop if you are in the area. The owners are the sweetest, most customer friendly people I have ever met. They do such a great job and I hope they continue to make the best confections in town.

We were out shopping in Saranac Lake and the smell of delicious baked goods drew us into Jamdots. We were greeted by the most welcoming owners and an adorable shop. Everything looked delicious but we settled on some cookies and banana bread which were amazing! Definitely worth a stop!

You can't go wrong with a delicious coffee and freshly made goodies. A must stop when you're in Saranac Lake!! Grab some ginger molasses cookies while you're there, you won't regret it!

Atmosphere was cute and cozy and the soup was delicious! Cookies are also a must try! New favorite place in SL.

Went for the first time today and grabbed lunch. Had delicious corn chowder and an amazing breakfast sandwich! Awesome new spot for SL and I’m excited to try more of their stuff!

This place has excellent drinks, delicious, pastries, and customer service. The whole thing is run by a couple and they are doing an excellent job. Stop by you will not be disappointed!

Good coffee. Decent breakfast sandwiches. Warm, friendly service. Prices were typical for Saranac Lake: breakfast for two was just under $20. I'm looking forward to trying the sweets! The baked goods looked very tempting.
